    A short form: your name, company, email and current website. If there is something specific you want improved, tell us. That is optional.

    We review it

    We look at your site the way a new customer would, and note what is helping and what is getting in the way.

    We redesign the homepage

    We create a new homepage direction based on your existing business, customers and goals.

    You see the preview

    We send you a private preview so you can see the direction before deciding whether to continue. You view it directly in your browser, the way your customers would.

    You decide

    If you like the direction, we'll confirm the scope and complete the full website. If you don't want to continue, there is no obligation.

    Paid project

    Build and launch

    We design the remaining pages, refine the content, connect forms and integrations, work through your revisions, test everything and put the site live.

    Grow

    Optional. After launch we can keep improving the site and help with email, landing pages and campaigns.

Common questions

Is the homepage redesign really free?

Yes. If your website is a good fit, we create the homepage preview before you commit to anything. You only pay if you go ahead with the full website project.

Do I get the source code for the free preview?

The preview is there to show you the design direction. Full project files and deployment are part of the paid website project.

What happens if I don't like it?

Nothing happens. You are under no obligation to continue, and we won't keep chasing you.

How long does a website take?

Most standard business websites take around 1 to 2 weeks once content and approvals are available. More complex websites can take longer, and we will tell you before we start.

Can you use my existing content?

Yes. We can migrate your existing content and refine it where it needs work.

Can you help after launch?

Yes. Website projects typically include about 30 days of support after launch, and ongoing website, email and marketing support is available if you want it.
