Gyroor sells a wide range of products to very different people: commuters, families, kids and even pet owners. Consumers needed to find the right product quickly without sorting through everything the brand makes.
As a direct-to-consumer business, the site also had to turn first-time visitors into subscribers, so the relationship continues after the first visit.
What we changed
We organised the store around the shopper rather than the catalogue, and added an email capture that learns something useful about each visitor.
Shop by category
Lifestyle photography for each category helps shoppers recognise which product is for them.
Seasonal promotion in the navigation
Campaigns like Pet Mobility Week sit in the main navigation while they run.
Email capture with a question
A first-order offer asks who the visitor rides with, which segments the list from the first signup.
Regional selection
A region switcher in the header shows the right store for each market.
Why these changes matter
Help shoppers self-select
When the range is wide, showing people in situations they recognise is faster than a product grid.
Keep the relationship going
Most visitors do not buy on the first visit. Capturing an email with context makes the follow-up relevant.
Feel like a consumer brand
The tone, imagery and offers are built for consumers, which is very different from the B2B projects in this portfolio.
Outcome
Shoppers find the right product by how they plan to ride, buy online, and join an email list that already knows who they ride with.
